08-09-2008, 09:41 am

Vietnam is deeply concerned over the armed conflict in South Ossetia which has killed many civilians and peace keeping troops there.

Vietnam calls upon concerned parties to exercise restraint, strictly observe signed agreements and soon resume peaceful negotiations on the basis of ensuring all concerned parties’ legitimate interests.
