Vietnam
vehemently condemns the 26 November 2008 terrorist bomb attack in
Mumbai, India that killed and wounded many people. We condemn all
terrorist acts in any form and for any reason. The perpetrator of these
terrorist acts must be strictly punished.
We
would like to extend our deepest sympathies and profound condolences to
the Indian government, its people and the families of the victims of
the terrorist attacks.
