Vietnam’s response to Israel’s air attack on Gaza on 27 December 2008

About Vietnam’s response to Israel’s air attack on Gaza on 27th December 2008 which caused loss in lives and properties, on 28th December 2008 Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Spokeman Le Dzung has the following to say:  
 
Vietnam would like to express deep concern about serious escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine. We condemn all military attacks causing big loss in lives and properties of civilians, especially those on the Gaza Strip. Vietnam calls on both sides to exercise self-restraint, immediately stop violence and resume the implementation of the ceasefire.
