What is the reaction of Vietnam to the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on March 4th, 2009 for Sudan's President,  Omar Hassan al-Bashir over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur, Sudan?

Answer:
We are very concerned over the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for Sudan's President, Omar Hassan al-Bashir. We are of the view that this decision will set a dangerous precedence, have a negative impact on the reconciliation process in Sudan and efforts of the international community in seeking a peaceful, comprehensive and long-term solution to the issue of Darfur.
