Question: Please advise us on Vietnam’s reaction on the decision of the Norwegian Nobel Committee to award US President Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize 2009?

Answer:
   
“As the United States President Barack Obama is awarded the Nobel Peace Prize 2009 by the Norwegian Nobel Committeee, we hope that President Obama will actively contribute to preserving peace – the objective of this  prize.”
